Startup Tuesday with Maksim Stepanenko about Coinbase, blockchain, AI

On August 9, 2016, KG Labs and Ololohaus coworking space conducted fireside chat with Maksim Stepanenko on #StartupTuesday event.
Maksim, MIT graduate, has extensive work experience in Silicon Valley/Alley. He has been developing mesh network projects in at MIT Media Lab, later worked in Google and was one of the first employees of Locu startup. He is currently lives in San Francisco and works as lead developer in Coinbase startup.
Maksim inspired attendants by sharing his story what he was doing living in countryside city Aidarken with almost no access to Internet in order to enroll to MIT. He also told about what it is like to work in US startups, how to structure work and what makes startups successful.
Maksim and Aziz talked about blockchain, its future, how it will change technological landscape, different industries and where young entrepreneurs could seek new opportunities.
Finally, Maksim shared some tips for attendants to consider to get enrolled to Ivy League School or launch global startup from Kyrgyzstan.
