Recommendation on improvement of state procurement web site

Chairman of KG Labs Public Foundation Aziz Soltobaev participated in Central Asian Open Data hackathon held on June 9-13, 2015.
During hackathon, in a working group found numerous bugs and shortcomings that limits full achievement of Kyrgyz Republic goals on fighting corruption and ensuring transparency.
As a result of participation in Open Data hackathon, our team consisting of developers, public activists and mass media representatives conducted its own comprehensive research of the compliance of state procurement web site zakupki.okmot.kg to the requirements and goals of Kyrgyz Republic Government.
Working group prepared and send letters to the State department of Procurement under Ministry of Finance, Infosystem state enterprise as well as Ministry of Finance.
