KG Labs, the Interbank Processing Center (IPC \/ National Payment System Elcart), and Ololohaus are launching a series of events dedicated to the development of financial technologies in the Kyrgyz Republic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
FinTech is an integral part of the technological ecosystem of Kyrgyzstan \u2014 and currently not enough attention is being paid to this sector. The Kyrgyz Republic lags behind other countries in the availability and use of electronic and mobile banking services. As a global value trading center, Kyrgyzstan needs an advanced, reliable, secure, and sophisticated financial technology infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The series will bring together IT developers, IT startups, business associations, payment system operators, government agencies, and international organisations to discuss specific FinTech topics in an open format. Events will be held at Ololohaus, Bishkek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The first event \u2014 a panel discussion on Stimulating the Use of FinTech in Kyrgyzstan<\/strong> \u2014 will take place on September 18, 2018.
