Five Ways to Engage
Choose the pathway that fits your context and capacity. You can start with one and expand to others over time.
Volunteer Your Expertise
KG Labs regularly needs skilled volunteers for research projects, training facilitation, event support, and content development. Minimum commitment: 4 hours per month. Maximum impact: significant.
Institutional Partnership
Universities, NGOs, government agencies, and international organizations can become formal KG Labs partners. Partnership agreements define shared activities, reporting, and mutual benefit.
Fund a Program
Development agencies, foundations, and individual donors can support specific KG Labs programs or provide general operating support. All donations are receipted and reported.
Collaborate on Research
Researchers, academics, and policy analysts can propose joint research projects, contribute to ongoing studies, or access KG Labs data for independent analysis. Open to Kyrgyz and international researchers.
Join a Contest or Event
Participate in KG Labs hackathons, policy challenges, and public events. Open to individuals and teams. No formal affiliation required — just relevant skills and commitment to contributing.
Join a Training Cohort
Enroll in one of our structured training programs as an individual participant. Open enrollment cohorts run quarterly in Bishkek and online. Some programs are fully subsidized for civil servants.

We will match you with the right program, project, or contact within KG Labs. Most people are actively engaged within two weeks of their initial outreach.
